WUG continues to be the exclusive real estate errors & omissions insurance provider for the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) with additional benefits for CAR members.
Our Independent E & O program is written on a Claims-Made-and-Reported Basis and provides protection for covered loss that result from the conduct of your duties as a real estate licensee including property management services as defined in policy. The policy also provides protection for certain prior acts, provided, that you have maintained continuous real estate E&O insurance (from WUG or any other real estate E&O provider) from the date of the real estate service to the date the claim is first made against you.
